Return Policy
Igreenfurniture.com would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the order has been placed unless the product is faulty or defective.
Because of the nature of our product, we can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only.
On the rare occasion that your package/product arrives with signs of loss or damage. We strongly recommend checking the parcel properly while the courier is still present. If the items were damaged, please snap a clear photo of the damage part, consignment note, and overall packaging and email us at sales@igreenfurniture.com for further instructions.

Keep the original packaging until the issue solved
Only products purchased on Igreenfurniture.com may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. We also cannot accept used product for refund or exchange, unless the product found defective or damage after assemble. Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit. Costs to return items to Igreenfurniture.com are the responsibility of the customer.
General information for all returns:
- All returned items must be un-open as they were originally received. Items returned in other than "like new" condition will not eligible for return and refund.
- You will be responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided with the RMA number that we issue you.
- Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.
- A refund will be issued within 12 working days once the item has been inspected, which may take 30 days days to be processed by your credit card provider.
- We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; you will be responsible for filing a shipping claim.
- Orders made via 3rd-party sellers, including Amazon, are not eligible for our return policy.
- For fragile items such as mirrors or those containing glass, the recipient is required to check the goods condition on the spot upon receive. You are required to contact our customer service personnel if there are any goods damage issue within 24 hours. All damage claims will NOT be entertained after this period.
- We provide a wide variety of standards in wood finishes and fabrics. Our finishes do not mask the grain and other characteristic of individual wood species. Pieces of the same type of wood will not look identical, and the appearance of finishes will depend on the natural colour of the veneer. Pin knots and gum pockets are inherent traits as wood is a naturally variable raw material. Such variances are not within our control and therefore, not considered as defects under the warranty.
- Fabrics may vary in colour, texture, print or patterns, and sometimes may not be aligned at the joints. No guarantee can be made for exact matches of fabric such as those displayed in the showroom, with fabrics appearing on the final products.
What's Not Returnable / Refundable?
- Bulk orders of more than three items – We do not accept returns on bulk orders. For this reason, we suggest that you order just one item to test before placing an order for more than three of any one item.
- Special Order items (Items that are made to order).
- The paid shipping amount.
- Clearance and re-sale products with original package.
- No installation services will be refunded for a return, and disassembly is not a service that we provide
